Pre-Schools, K-12, Public & Private, Colleges & Universities: This is what we are built for. Brick by brick, since 2004 evolving from a mom-and-pop specializing in light industrial and office spaces to over 85 different schools across 7 states.

Over 2024 - 2025 alone, we took over 7 new public-school districts- We only take on new business that is strategic in nature to ensure we do not outgrow our infrastructure or ability to retain all existing customers.

 We are a family-owned and operated company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We are NOT a franchise, nor do we sub out any of our accounts. We employ over 600 people across the country and promote from within. 

Our operating model is not emulated by our competitors for a multitude of reasons. 

As we scale into narrower segments with higher barriers to entry; we offer services at rates others cannot match and quality control they cannot facilitate.

We provide and take responsibility for ALL equipment, machinery, and chemical needs for our customers. We do NOT charge our customers for any of this; we invest in our own success.

We offer a variety of floor maintenance services, including stripping, waxing, and buffing, grout restoration, Carpet Extraction, etc. Our team will ensure that your floors are clean, polished, and protected.
